This has been the best tire service I've ever got in my whole adult life. Ten out of ten recommend. GREAT price and GREAT service.

CUSTOMERS & BUYERS BEWARE: On March 9th I went into Hercules Tire Shop to have my tires removed of my wheels . These were Toyo Sport tires about $300 a piece and they completely destroyed the beading inside of the tire. I then called them and they told me to come back tomorrow so they inspect and work something out with me. To my surprise the owner of the establishment Jose Lopez called me from one of their employees phones accusing me of being a scammer, and that he was so sure that he properly removed the tires. He then told me that with the wire exposed, the tires should hold air still. That is pure negligence on their end. He did not want to work something out and instead blames his customers for their improper removal and destruction of tires off wheels. I was a victim of being blamed for something I didn't mess up when it was clearly on there end. In addition to this he offered to refund me for the service but ultimately said I would have to dispute it with my credit card company. Do not do business with this establishment, they now owe me around $1300 in tires, and have horrible customer service. The owner is a rude and disgusting individual who will deny anything they mess

There was a time when all I could afford was used tires. Now I replace my tires with at least 30% tread wear left to help others. These men are very nice and treat customers with respect and help those who need it. Highly recommend you give them an opportunity to earn your business.

I needed to replace a tire and they sold me a Michelin for $70. I was only there for less than 25 minutes. I feel sorry for the dog. Nobody was willing to play with him. And needs a bath. 😐

Great customer service only tire shop opened on Sunday in Chula Vista I called 5 mins before they closed due to having a nail in my tired they waited for me got tired patched looking like new again. Highly recommend Hercules Tire Shop to friends and family💯🙏😎
